Frequently Asked Questions

How can I access the suite?

You will receive a confirmation email 2 days and 1 hour before your reservation with pertinent information to ensure a seamless experience. Your keyless entry access code for the suite will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment. Clients and guest can obtain entry through the use of the in-office buzzer system to allow screening for you and your clients safety.

Are emotional support animals allowed?

No, emotional support animals, or pets of any kind are allowed inside the suite.

Is there a bathroom within the suite?

There are public woman and men bathrooms available on the floor that can be accessed using the keys inside the waiting area. Gender neutral bathrooms are available on the 12th floor and can be accessed by taking the elevator up to the 12th floor.

Where is the suite located?

The suite is located at 26 Court Street, Floor 10, Suite 1004, Brooklyn, NY, 11242.

 How much does it cost to reserve the suite?

The cost for a 1-hour rental is $40.

How will I be billed?

Upon reserving the suite, you will be charged the full cost based on the hours reserved and will receive a receipt of your transaction.

What are the hours that the suite can be reserved?

The suite is available for booking Friday – Monday from 8am – 9pm.

What is the least amount of time that the suite can be reserved?

The suite can only be reserved at 1-hour intervals. You cannot reserve the suite for anytime less than 1-hour and the office must be vacated at the end of your booked reservation time, no exceptions.

How long will I have to cancel my reservation to receive a full refund?

You will have 2 days before the date and time of your reservation to cancel and receive a full refund. Any cancellation requests received after 2 days before your reservation will result in a loss of deposit.

Will the suite be monitored?

Yes, the suite will be monitored from outside of the therapy office to identify who enters and exits the suite for everyone’s safety. We also maintain electronic access to the suite that allows us to see entry and exit times, as well as system override capabilities should their be any issues with entry or exit.

Are their therapeutic items that are not allowed in the suite?

The office is not tailored to meet the needs for therapist or clients that may require the use of paint, ink, oil, glue, sand, or other items that may create a large mess or stain the furniture. Those items are restricted from the office space.

If I conduct most of my business from this suite, can I register the address as the physical address for my business?

While you may use the office for hourly rentals, the suite address can not be listed as a permanent address for your business. If there is interest in a longer term solution that will include the ability to use the business address as your physical business address, submit your request to contact@mahoganymhc.com to schedule a meeting to discuss.
